This program teaches and guides boys and girls to make healthier food and lifestyle choices. Over the course of five weeks participants learn new food facts, cooking skills and positive self image strategies to become their best selves. FOODfitness RESPONSES from KIDS about the program... GOAL/MISSION: Our primary goal is to teach kids healthy food facts and cooking basics so that they are empowered to make FOOD a part of their daily FITNESS. Through more conscious awareness about their food choices, participants will learn one of the most valuable long-term life lessons about their overall mind-body health.
